Golf Squad NEW

(1st-5th)
Tuesdays

Golf Squad at Marietta Community Schools is for both new and continuing students and provides weekly opportunities for your child to learn the technical swing mechanics (i.e. putting, chipping, full swing, etc.) as well as the social skills required to enjoy golf, the clubs, and golf course (i.e. vocabulary, etiquette, rules, history, etc.) all under the instruction of a golf industry professional. Golf is a very challenging and fun sport that can lead to college scholarships.  So start early and start now...boys and girls!  Even if your child already plays, it is great to enjoy weekly, convenient lessons from the pro. (Click Here to read more on how and why your child can benefit from continuing professional, golf practice with Golf Squad at your school.)

Anyone Can Cook
Tuesdays

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and turn the kitchen into the coolest room in the building. In Anyone Can Cook, kids become real chefs as they learn to make food from scratch, including homemade pasta, tacos with handmade tortillas, Mexican street corn, and so much more. Every session is hands on, packed with new flavors, kitchen skills, and the kind of confidence that only comes from making something delicious all on your own. Campers will measure, mix, taste, and create their way through recipes from around the world, then share what they made with pride. It is messy, it is fun, and by the end every camper walks away knowing that anyone can cook.
